This show was created and performed for the first time at the French Institute in London on the 29th June 2025 by Act’in Theatre with the P’tit Act students.
In an enchanted kingdom, rules a generous queen… but her brother, a mischievious magician, is jealous of her power. One day, pushed by envy, he throws a spell and some of the kingdom’s inhabitants are turned into animals!
Thankfully, solidarity and courage enter the court. Together, the queen, some allies and a few chatty creatures will do all that they can to break the spell and restore harmony.
A magical show, funny and touching, where friendship, audacity, and a hint of fairy powder could change everything…
But the afternoon doesn’t stop there!
Make room for the Éclairs de génie, our bubbly children improvisation troupe. Prepare your voting cards: their skethes will surprise you and make you laugh out loud! Nothing is pre-written, everything is pulled straight out of their imagination, guided by the (sometimes wacky) instructions of the referee.
The day concludes beautifully with the projection of a short film produced by the cinema students: “La Précieuse Liberté”, or how to fight to defend one’s ideas. A project written, directed and filmed by our young artists under the direction of Candice Desmet.
