The show

This performance was created and first performed on 22 April 2023 at the Trinity Laban Theatre in London by the company Act’in Theatre. On one side, the private clinic, where money, appearances, efficiency and superficiality come first. Between doctors who prescribe endless pills and those who perform cosmetic surgeries one after another, it is difficult to find any trace of humanity... On the other, the public hospital: run-down, overcrowded, dirty and lacking resources, with its harsh realities of everyday life, where death and birth exist side by side on a daily basis. What happens when these worlds, which were never meant to meet, finally come together? When the wall between them falls? Discover the world of white coats in both the public hospital and the private clinic in a five-act play filled with laughter, misunderstandings and emotion, all performed in a dance conservatoire.
