This show was created and performed for the first time on 16 February 2023 at the Toulouse Lautrec Jazz Club by Act’in Theatre.
On this 16th February 2023, Act’in Theatre celebrated Valentine’s Day with an evening of love in all its forms.
In a play with an original scenario, push open the doors of the 4 Roses Palace. Discover the underbelly of this brothel and the characters, as zany as they are endearing, in a production by Candice Desmet. When Madame la Violette and her employees encounter administrative rigidity, a perfume of disillusionment fills the 4 Roses Palace. But don’t you sometimes have to hit rock bottom to bounce back? Lost and found family relationships, friendship, … love in the broadest sense of the word, which takes on so many forms, makes it possible to cope with everything, whatever the change. Enter a world of power and domination amidst sex workers and glitter.
And in the second half, the improvisers took to the stage for hilarious sketches on the theme of love. The audience set the tempo with their proposals, which were then performed on stage under the romantic gaze of the Master of Ceremonies.
