This show was created and produced for the first time on 16th November 2024 at the Chelsea Theatre in London by Act’in Theatre.
When a doctor’s waiting room in a small village becomes a real meeting place, the characters interact and each has a good reason for being there. They all carry their own wounds. But will they be able to resolve their problems, overcome their prejudices and face up to their own truth? Are they aware of the impact of their worries on those around them? Suffering is self-perpetuating, shutting us in and isolating us, until we forget that the real solution may lie outside.
This Saturday 16 November, Les Gueules de Bois plunged us into an evening of intense emotion on the stage of the Chelsea Theatre.
