A note from your teacher:
“My goal is to build a bridge between the professional world of theatre and the passionate individuals of Act’in Theatre, by equipping the troupe with all the necessary tools to produce high-quality work, while preserving a friendly atmosphere devoid of competition, and respecting the pace of each member within the group.
The troupe is a collective where everyone contributes, so it’s crucial that we share the same vision and commitment, while maintaining a serene atmosphere. These are my aspirations for the troupe, as the very essence of acting… is to play. Just a word to the wise :)”

ACCEPTANCE
The adult program will focus on acceptance, relaxation and self-focus. The exercises will allow you to work on your own emotions. The goal is to learn to tame them and reuse them.
EXPRESSION
This course is beneficial for everyone, as it will allow you to reveal your body and oral expression, your self-confidence, your creativity and reveal the unpredictable characters that lie dormant within you.
CHEERFULNESS
This course, always in a good mood and with a view to relaxation and having fun, will allow you to learn theatrical techniques
EMOTIONS
It’s not easy for adults to juggle their active life while being present for their loved ones. Many people do not dare to take up a new activity. What about you? Don’t forget yourself and rest assured, it’s all about organization.

The adult program focuses on live shows. It works in cycles, with one show every 2 months. The goal is to evolve as a group and to invest yourself as much as you can in the company.
To register, it’s important to have done at least one year of theatre with us.
This niche is special and requires significant personal investment: to be as present as possible and to do the work expected (you must know your lines!). If some people are not invested enough in the troupe and put the work and the cohesion of the group at risk, we allow ourselves to cancel their attendance without a refund of the term.
