A note from your teacher:
“Now that you’ve gained experience in the realm of theatre and stage, my aim is to guide you even further in your artistic journey.
To achieve this, we’ll emphasize text work, interpretation, and the power of characters for this level 2.
My challenge will be to encourage you to express yourself with even more depth and authenticity, while maintaining your own rhythm.”

ACCEPTANCE
The adult program will focus on acceptance, relaxation and self-focus. The exercises will allow you to work on your own emotions. The goal is to learn to tame them and reuse them.
EXPRESSION
This course is beneficial for everyone, as it will allow you to reveal your body and oral expression, your self-confidence, your creativity and reveal the unpredictable characters that lie dormant within you.
CHEERFULNESS
This course, always in a good mood and with a view to relaxation and having fun, will allow you to learn theatrical techniques
EMOTIONS
It’s not easy for adults to juggle their active life while being present for their loved ones. Many people do not dare to take up a new activity. What about you? Don’t forget yourself and rest assured, it’s all about organization.
